Bullnose Assembly
Our workmen carefully select a piece of lumber that will become the riser. They then make some kerfs, partial crosscuts in the board, at just the right spots, so as not to cut through completely. When finished, the board will bend without breaking. The workman will apply adhesive and secure it to the tread with clamps. Several hours later, a decorative bullnose is finished.
