Baluster Manufacture Balusters are vertical elements that support the handrail as well as provide protection from falling. Our balusters typically range in size from 1 to 2 inches. Because of this, they are laminated from stock boards to achieve the desired dimension. Essentially, balusters start as square blocks. These, in the hands of our experts, take on any traditional or modern shape desired.

Our lathe operators are experienced craftsmen. It is important since this allows our client the freedom to choose plain, fluted, twisted or even carved styles. The final shape of the baluster is applied on our shapers.			Although, we do provide limited number of metal or iron balusters to our clients, we do not make them in our shop. Instead, we purchase them from third parties.
